You must meet the following qualifications in order to be eligible to drive at EJ Stutzman, Inc.

  1. Class A CDL & 21 years or older
  2. 1 year verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience OR less than 12 months' experience and willing to participate in training program
  3. Be able to successfully complete a DOT urine and hair drug screen and physical
  4. Be able to successfully pass a pre-trip inspection and road test
  5. Must possess a good track record of on-time deliveries and reliability
  6. No DUI, DWI, or OVI violations within 5 years
  7. No more than 1 moving violation or preventable accident in any 12-month period
  8. No more than 2 combined instances of moving violations, including no more than one preventable accident in any 36-month period
  9. High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent certification
  10. Two or more years of experience driving heavy commercial vehicles
  11. Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
  12. Clean criminal history
  •   No sexual offenses
      No drug-related offenses
      ​No felonies in previous 5 years
